Stop any person of short stature on the road’ and if you have a way of gazing deep into their soul’ you will almost inevitably find that one of their deepest held desires is ‘if only they could grow taller.’ It is normally a subconscious desire. In our conscious minds’ of course’ we have been conditioned to hold the attitude that one should be satisfied with what nature has endowed them with. Yet some longings (which we are told they are absurd longings) simply won’t go away: like the desire to grow taller.

Of course’ the desire to grow taller is not one simply based on vanity. Since time immemorial’ being tall as a human being has always come with a number of benefits. Social biologists tell us that all the other things held constant’ taller people have more reproductive success than shorter people. In the social arena’ we see people tending to affiliate themselves to taller people (so that taller people tend to end up with more friends)’ and greater social success. Most of the world leaders are tall people. Taller people tend to have more economic success. It is an established fact that taller people have an easier time climbing the corporate ladder than shorter people. Most CEO and corporate ‘top brass’ tend to be tall people…in other words’ being tall is a privileged state.

Capitalizing on the desire so many of us have to grow taller’ a lot of products have been developed to help us in that endeavor. From pills that are purported to foster vertical growth’ to online ‘grow taller programs’ (most being subscription programs)’ it appears that growing tall in adulthood is a possibility for the person with the money for the project.

Yet the truth of the matter is that it is possible to grow tall’ without having to spend your money on it.

The key to growing tall without having to spend your money on it would be by creating your own ‘grow taller’ program’ whose implementation should see you grow taller.

The first key to developing such a ‘tailor-made’ growing taller program is of course going into research.

As you discover in research on ‘how to grow tall” there are three aids to growing tall in your adulthood: nutrition’ exercise and recuperation.

With regard to nutrition’ we find that there are some foods whose consumption has been shown to foster rapid growth’ and some foods (which unfortunately are considered delicacies)’ yet whose habitual consumption is known to hinder growth. So the key to growing tall would to develop your own program’ aimed at making the consumption of the foods that foster growth part of your daily dietary habits’ while avoiding those that retard growth. Information on these foods is available free of charge on the Internet’ provided you are willing to invest time in good quality research.

With regard to exercise’ you would have to research on the exercises that can help in growing taller (ensure that you really master the exercises in question and what they involve)’ and then incorporate them into a program which makes them part of your daily ‘workout’ habits.

With regard to rest and recuperation as an aid to growing taller’ the key again would be to research and understand how (exactly) focused rest and recuperation can be used in your bid to grow taller. Then you can incorporate what you learn into your program – and then implement it consistently. It is consistency that wins.

Ultimately’ you end up with your own program that you can follow in your bid to grow taller. And if it works for you’ why’ you can even start charging others to use it’ thence creating a new business for yourself!
