How to Grow Taller – Within a Period of Eight Weeks

If you are an observative person’ you must have’ by now’ noticed that being taller comes with a number of benefits. Whether it is on the personal or the professional sphere you are looking at’ being taller always confers a considerable advantage on the person who happens to be tall. Take the personal sphere for instance’ and you will have to agree with the fact that all other factors held constant’ a taller person is likely to have an easier time getting a date than a shorter person; because people have an unconscious preference for taller sexual mates. Moreover’ this is something nobody can do anything about’ as it is seem to be very hard wired into our psyches. In the recent past’ it has been established that although one’s height is basically a genetically inherited feature’ there are still a number of things one can do to proactively increase their height: so that what nature conferred to you in the name of height doesn’t really have to be your ‘fate.’
Now when most of us hear about the possibility of growing taller through our own efforts’ we tend to see it as necessarily a long-term project’ so that we imagine that if it took us say fifteen years to grow to our adult heights of say five foot’ it would surely take more than a year to increase our heights even by a single inch.

The truth of the matter’ however’ is that it is possible to increase one’s height rapidly through the use of the right methods. In any case’ as you will recall’ even when you were growing during your childhood and puberty years’ you did not gradually in equal measure over the years to your current height’ but rather in a few but big spurts of rapid growth.

The first way through which you can increase your height rapidly is simply by adopting the right postures. Through this method’ by the way’ you could actually get your height to increase by as much as a couple of inches almost instantly. It is just a question of starting to sit and walk straight. As you adopt this proper sitting and walking postures’ you will notice that you even out the bits of height that were being ‘horizontally’ lost in your slouching and stooping’ so that when you walk and sit straight’ these inches of your height are instantly added to your vertical height’ making you taller. Of course’ all this happens instantly’ when you adopt the right posture.

The second way through which you can increase your height rapidly is through the use of the exercises that have been known to help in this endeavor. Like the change of posture previously mentioned’ the use of these exercises works by helping you ‘find lost inches’ in the body – height that you might have lost due to the long term effects of your postural habits (wrong walking and sitting styles for instance)’ and adding these to your overall height’ to make you taller in a short period of time. Within eight weeks of starting out on these exercises’ you should start noticing appreciable results.
